FrugooScape…coming back?!

Maybe that means everything got worked out and FSU is coming back? Well let’s wait and see…

FrugooScape Down—and may not ever be back again.

Hey everyone,

FrugooScape is down because Jagex sent FrugooScape a letter saying that the client used on FrugooScape is their property, and they would sue if it wasn’t removed. Now Al’s lawyers are talking to Jagex’s lawyers and are working things out. This is what Al had to say:

“Frugoo Scape was down yesterday because I received a message in the mail that I was to remove the client from my site because it is copyright of Jagex or they would sue me. I have put the forums up again for the time being while Frugoo Scape is down. I had my lawyers talk to Jagex’s lawyers and they are settling it right now. Our lawyer said that they will investigate if there are any legal ways to continue with Frugoo Scape. I expect maybe there is and the lawyer said that he would give a response some time this week. For now, Frugoo Scape will be down until I sort things out.

Also, I wanted to clear some other rummers up. There was one, that people were saying that the accounts would be reset. This is not true and I would never reset the accounts again. Everything is fine and none of the accounts have been removed. I was just asked to remove the client because Jagex says they own it. The server though, was 100% coded by me.

Another one, that I would like to clear up too is that T X or other people have been helping me code. This is not true and I have never leached other peoples code. The only way Frugoo Scape is so stable was for me to code it completely on my own and not use another base like other servers. I have taken classes for programming.”

The only magic spells that work are the teleports and the ancients, as of now. It may be updated, but I’m not quite sure. Again, thanks for visiting my site!

Jagex ruined me…

Ok, I made a vid and put it on youtube. It was called “FrugooScape MAJOR Glitch”…and it was 100% FrugooScape, no RS involved. Then Jagex goes on there and removes my vid! Thats not fair….you shouldnt have to put a RS disclaimer in a Frugoo vid….
